Heavy Equipment Operator

Enviro Smart d/b/a ES Integrated is seeking qualified Class A and B CDL drivers. Work will primarily support the Environmental and Logistics service divisions consisting of short and long-haul transportation opportunities. Operators and/or drivers should have experience with (not necessarily all) Tanker Trailers, Roll Off trucks, Vacuum Tankers, Box Vans, Dump Trucks, Low Boys, and/or Vacuum Truck work. Our number one focus is safety and compliance with regulations and will provide training for drivers to acquire and/or upgrade their license qualifications.

• Drive Commercial Vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain a Working Knowledge of DOT and FMSCA standards
• Complete and maintain driver documentations and Logs (E-Logs)
• Performing Delivery and Pickup Safely
• Performing Inspections and Reporting Deficiencies in Need of Repair.

• Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Pass pre-employment physical and possess a DOT medical card
• Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Demonstrate a safe working culture.

• Commercial Driver’s License

Must be able to:

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle and/or trailer inspections as required
• If Class A – connect and disconnect trailers
• Attend and complete training on shift required by Company
• Maintain a clean vehicle cab
• Perform all typical driver duties for the specific equipment operating.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling and pushing heavy objects.
• Work at elevations, climbs ladders, scaffolding and into/out of trucks, tanks, and various other containers.

• Personal Time Off (PTO) - Eligible to earn up to 80 hours per year of PTO. PTO is earned based on a 40-hour work week and is prorated based on the number of hours worked on an employee’s regular schedule.
• Position is an hourly pay basis with weekly hours over 40 paid as 1.5 times base pay
• Starting hourly pay is based on experience and credentials.
• Enviro Smart will negotiate custom benefits, work schedule flexibility, and quality of life opportunities with incentive pay based on performance.
