The Bookkeeper will manage accounts while performing essential tasks like calculating payroll, preparing tax returns, and reconciling accounts. Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience and possess a secondary school diploma. Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are essential for maintaining financial statements and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques

• Maintain and balance financial accounts

• Post journal entries and prepare trial balances

• Prepare financial and statistical reports

• Reconcile accounts regularly

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and independence
