Accounts Payable Technician Talent

As an Accounts Payable Technician reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will handle payment execution, invoice validation, and documentation. The role combines structured talent interaction with corporate accounts payable processes. Your work supports accurate payments, professional communication, and reliable records for talents and business partners.

• Process talent payments using schedules, contracts, and approval workflows
• Validate invoices, contracts, amounts due, and issued payments
• Answer talent payment inquiries with clear professional communication
• Document discrepancies and elevate exceptions for senior review
• Process corporate invoices with approvals, coding, and compliance

• Two to four years in accounts payable or financial administration
• Accuracy and consistency managing high-volume operational workflows
• Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills
• Confidence using ERP systems, Excel, and collaborative tools
• Net Suite experience is a strong asset
