St. Francis Memorial Hospital is seeking an Admitting and Communication Clerk to manage communications and assist with admissions. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal skills, along with experience in electronic charting systems like EPIC. You will prioritize tasks while maintaining meticulous filing systems and databases to support hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming communications with superior telephone etiquette
• Maintain filing systems and data management efficiently
• Ensure records are meticulously kept and errors detected promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Requirements:
• Medical Office Administration/Terminology course is an asset
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with electronic charting (EPIC) is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform duties within the physical demand parameters
