Quick Lube Technician – Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Auto Canada invites you to apply for the Quick Lube Technician role at the Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. This full‑time, immediate hire position offers a fast‑paced, non‑stop environment where customer service and operational excellence are core to success.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and lubricate customer vehicles in accordance with policies and procedures set by the Service Manager.
  • Perform light mechanical work such as tire and battery replacement.
  • Perform oil & filter changes and complete multi‑point inspections; present findings to the Service Advisor.
  • Replace oil and air filters; check tire pressure and add air if needed.
  • Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants; mount/balance tires, rotations, and repairs.
  • Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order.
  • Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training programs as assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Keep the shop area neat and clean; operate all tools and equipment safely.
  • Report any safety issues or machinery defects to management immediately.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Efficient problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Physical capability to lift, stand for long periods, and use power tools.
  • A valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history.
