Collision Center Shop Foreman

Join Lounsbury Chevrolet as a Shop Foreman for our collision center in Moncton. We are searching for a highly organized leader with a strong passion for vehicles to oversee shop operations.

You will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring quality repairs, and providing leadership to our team. This position offers Monday to Friday working hours in a busy environment.

Your role will involve everything from job dispatching to maintaining shop equipment and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch repair jobs based on priority and availability

• Review repair plans and conduct inspections

• Lead daily briefings to set team priorities

• Maintain inventory and shop organization

• Address customer feedback and ensure repairs meet standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a body shop

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
