Position: Used Car Sales Manager )

Moncton Honda is looking for an experienced, driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands inventory management, sales leadership, and customer experience, and is passionate about building a high-performing sales culture.

Duties
  • Managing used vehicle inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and aging
  • Supervising vehicle reconditioning
  • Appraising trades and desking deals
  • Leading and coaching the sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring internet, phone, and showroom traffic through CRM
  • Ensuring proper follow-up processes are executed consistently
  • Working closely with the GSM, Sales Managers, and other departments to drive profitability and operational efficiency
  • Participating in sales meetings, training initiatives, and marketing strategy discussions
  • Managing online vehicle merchandising and digital advertising efforts
  • Maintaining strong lender and auction relationships
  • Reviewing KPIs, sales reports, inventory performance, and departmental metrics regularly
The ideal candidate will have
  • Previous automotive sales management experience (2+ years)
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills
  • Experience with vehicle appraisals and inventory management
  • Knowledge of CRM/TMS systems and digital lead management
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • A results‑driven mindset with a focus on customer experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment
  • Knowledge of V‑Auto or similar inventory management tools considered an asset
