In this full-time role, you will be responsible for safely repairing and replacing windshields and other automotive glass components. This position requires exceptional technical precision, a keen eye for detail, and proficient customer interaction skills. During your day-to-day tasks, you will collaborate with tools and ensure the highest safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform glass repair and replacement tasks effectively
• Follow strict safety and health protocols consistently
• Conduct thorough quality assurance inspections after installation
• Explain services to customers and provide accurate estimates
• Maintain records of services, parts, and customer interactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in auto glass repair and replacement
• Strong hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 30kg
