About

The Role  We are looking for a relationship-driven Franchise Business Coach to help franchise owners grow profitable, scalable businesses and become stronger leaders.
You will coach franchisees from launch through expansion, helping them improve financial performance, strengthen operations, build effective teams, and stay accountable to their goals. You will also lead group coaching cohorts, promote peer learning, and serve as a trusted advisor to owners across our growing North American network.
This role is a strong fit for someone who combines business and financial knowledge with practical coaching skills and knows how to turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities   Franchise Growth and Financial Performance
Group Coaching and Peer Learning
Leadership Development and Accountability
Coach franchise owners on revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, and overall business performance.
Review financial and operational results, identify gaps, and develop practical improvement plans.
Support new franchisees as they launch, win and manage projects, protect margins, and build strong operational foundations.
Guide established owners as they expand into additional crews, territories, locations, or services.
Lead goal-setting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews focused on sustainable growth and long-term business value.
Group Coaching and Peer Learning
Design and facilitate structured coaching cohorts focused on growth, execution, and accountability.
Encourage peer learning, best-practice sharing, and collaborative problem-solving across the franchise network.
Provide timely and consistent guidance through internal franchisee communication channels.
Identify high-performing franchisees who can serve as mentors and use cohort insights to improve system-wide support.
Leadership Development and Accountability
Help franchise owners shift from working in the business to leading and growing the business.
Support the development of managers and leadership teams within franchise locations.
Establish clear priorities, action plans, and accountability rhythms that strengthen execution and follow-through.
Act as a trusted advisor to franchise owners while partnering with internal teams to keep coaching aligned across the network.
Qualifications   3-5 years of experience in business coaching, multi-unit operations, franchise support, or a related leadership role.
Proven success improving revenue, profitability, or P&L performance.
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into clear action plans.
Experience leading group coaching sessions, workshops, peer groups, or leadership meetings.
Confidence working directly with business owners, managers, and executive leaders.
Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on coaching.
