Lead enterprise customer success for Quandri’s AI insurance platform, using executive engagement and data literacy to advance complex accounts across North America.
As Lead Customer Success Manager, you will own Quandri’s largest enterprise relationships, especially within the US market. You will guide adoption, change management, retention, expansion, and measurable value realization. Success depends on understanding insurance brokerage workflows, building executive connections, and coordinating Sales, Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Support.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end relationships with large enterprise customers
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic alignment sessions
- Develop data-driven success plans with clear business metrics
- Forecast renewals and coordinate resources to mitigate churn
- Advocate customer insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Five-plus years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Three-plus years managing strategic enterprise accounts
- Strong data literacy and demonstrable ROI analysis skills
- CRM proficiency, preferably Hub Spot
- Ability to travel at least 25% across North America
