Remote in Canada, this Enterprise Customer Success Manager role centers on IoT solutions, strategic advising, and long-term customer partnerships.
At Samsara, you will support top customers after implementation, understanding fleet challenges and customizing the Connected Operations Cloud. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product while advising organizations across physical operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Compose joint success plans with customer objectives, metrics, and timelines
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers
- Conduct workshops and recommend workflow changes
- Explain Samsara platform capabilities across industries
- Mentor Customer Success and Support teams
- Four-plus years in senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting
- Experience supporting technical products; enterprise SaaS preferred
- Strong priority management, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills
- Proven stakeholder communication with executives, leaders, and software users
- Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel up to 25%
