Revenue Operations Lead, GTM

This GTM Strategy and Operations Lead supports Affim's Revenue team as it acquires, retains, and expands merchant relationships. You will convert stakeholder inputs into executable processes and equip customer success managers, account executives, and technical account managers. Your focus includes strategic initiatives, legal and pricing operations, tools, playbooks, and launch performance.

• Segment potential customers for strategic field initiatives
• Manage legal and pricing operations supporting go-to-market execution
• Coordinate implementation with Product, Legal, and Pricing partners
• Turn field feedback into cross-functional recommendations
• Identify stalled launches through adoption and performance data

• Six or more years in revenue or sales operations
• End-to-end ownership of customer-facing initiatives or go-to-market motions
• Comfort translating strategy into practical field execution
• Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and validate outputs
