Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Own Salesforce and Hub Spot systems remotely while turning attribution and funnel reporting into trusted go-to-market decisions for Directive.

As Directive’s Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will build and lead the operations function supporting marketing and sales. You will manage CRM architecture, lead routing, attribution, reporting, and the connected Mar Tech stack. This team-of-one role works cross-functionally with sales, executive leadership, and finance while remaining hands-on in system design and execution.

• Own Salesforce and Hub Spot architecture, workflows, fields, and synchronization
• Run lead routing and scheduling across Lean Data and Chili Piper
• Report funnel performance, conversion rates, pacing, and year-over-year context
• Protect data integrity through deduplication, validation, enrichment, and governance
• Manage Mar Tech tools, vendors, renewals, negotiations, and budgets

• Five-plus years in marketing operations or revenue operations
• Advanced Salesforce administration and deep Hub Spot experience
• Hands-on Lean Data and Chili Piper experience
• Strong attribution, source governance, and offline conversion tracking knowledge
• Confidence presenting performance and recommendations to executive leadership
