Own Salesforce and Hub Spot architecture as Directive’s remote-first Senior Revenue Operations Manager, connecting routing, attribution, and reporting systems.
This senior internal marketing role supports Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and finance. You will build the workflows, systems, and operating strategy behind go-to-market execution. The team-of-one scope emphasizes CRM administration, funnel visibility, and dependable data.
Key Responsibilities:- Own Salesforce and Hub Spot objects, fields, Flows, layouts, and sync logic
- Run lead routing and scheduling through Lean Data and Chili Piper
- Maintain attribution, source governance, and offline conversion tracking
- Report funnel performance, pacing, conversion rates, and year-over-year context
- Protect data integrity through deduplication, validation, enrichment, and synchronization
- Five-plus years in marketing operations or revenue operations
- Advanced Salesforce administration and deep Hub Spot experience
- Experience building or rebuilding an operations function
- Hands-on experience with Lean Data and Chili Piper
- Ability to explain performance insights to executive leadership
