This 12-month contract suits a Business Analyst supporting enhancements, integrations, reporting, user adoption, and older application retirement. You will work with operations staff, delivery teams, vendors, leaders, developers, and end users. The work includes data migration, testing, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria
Document current-state and future-state operational processes
Facilitate sessions with staff, delivery teams, and vendors
Support data migration, integrations, reporting, and testing
Prepare UAT, training materials, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
Three-plus years defining and documenting business needs
Three-plus years supporting Agile delivery and decision materials
Three-plus years working with mixed stakeholder audiences
Three-plus years supporting quality, UAT, and release readiness
Hands-on Agile and JIRA experience
