This coordinator supports the Strategy, Innovation, and Impact and Policy and Strategic Partnerships teams. You will manage partner inquiries, operational processes, events, Salesforce activity, and strategic reporting. The work advances collaboration across departments while supporting the Equality Fund’s feminist mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate partner inquiries, meetings, due diligence, and action items
Support scheduling, briefings, expenses, timelines, logistics, and presentations
Manage virtual and in-person events, visits, and conferences
Support Salesforce accounts, campaigns, contacts, and reports
Coordinate annual planning, donor reporting, and evaluation initiatives
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complexity and shifting organizational priorities
Professional working proficiency in English
Ability to work remotely and travel three to four times yearly
Bring strategic coordination, partnership support, event management, and Salesforce capabilities to the Equality Fund’s remote team.
