Senior Product Strategy Manager Guest Intelligence

Shape guest intelligence strategy remotely across Canada or the United States, using customer data and CRM expertise during Pacific Time hours.

This Senior Product Manager contract focuses on capability strategy rather than traditional delivery management. You will connect customer data, guest identity, CRM, personalization, membership, community, and digital engagement platforms. The work creates clarity, alignment, and a cohesive multi-year technology roadmap.

• Define roadmaps for guest intelligence, profiles, segmentation, consent, and personalization
• Shape CDP and Data Cloud capabilities for identity and activation
• Identify capability gaps across pipelines, profiles, and activation channels
• Create future-state maps across membership, community, CRM, and engagement
• Facilitate executive decisions through assessments, dependencies, and investment recommendations

• Eight-plus years in product management, strategy, CRM, or digital products
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, profiles, segmentation, consent, and activation
• Ability to translate architectures for executives and technical stakeholders
• Experience creating capability maps, roadmaps, business cases, and recommendations
• Ability to work Pacific Time business hours
