This Lead Product Manager role owns an AI platform’s foundations for building, deploying, and managing intelligent agents. You will define vision and roadmaps across agent life cycles, evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and governance. The work supports non-technical professionals creating governed automations while partnering with engineering, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent runtime platform
- Lead lifecycle management, observability, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Define evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, regression tests, and quality gates
- Establish model governance, routing, cost attribution, and pricing strategies
- Create monitoring experiences with traces, metrics, logs, and audit trails
- Seven-plus years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- At least three years in AI-focused product roles
- Experience scaling AI agents or automation solutions
- Practical understanding of evaluation methodologies and performance monitoring
- Fluency with modern AI tools, including Claude and Cursor
