Own Hub Spot, AI workflows, and revenue data as a remote-first Revenue Operations Specialist at Leo Berwick, preferably based in Atlantic Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will administer CRM systems and connected tools. You will improve data quality, integrations, dashboards, and account segmentation. The work spans Business Development, Marketing, Finance, systems, process, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer Hub Spot configuration, pipelines, workflows, permissions, and reporting
- Build AI-assisted workflows and agents for repeatable operations
- Own account, contact, and pipeline data accuracy
- Monitor Hub Spot-Net Suite integrations and resolve sync issues
- Build dashboards supporting leadership and service-line decisions
- Three to five years in revenue operations or CRM administration
- Hands-on CRM administration experience;
Hub Spot strongly preferred - Strong skills cleaning, reconciling, and analyzing large datasets
- Experience with integration, automation, and workflow platforms
- Regular practical use of AI tools such as Claude
