As a Grants Specialist, you will manage 50+ active client accounts across grant strategies. Translate business priorities, technical roadmaps, and growth plans into fundable opportunities. Monitor Canadian government programs, coordinate contributors, and oversee submissions from identification through reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Own grant strategies across more than 50 active clients
Monitor federal and provincial funding programs
Assess opportunity eligibility, timing, effort, and success likelihood
Coordinate grant writers and subject matter experts
Track submissions, outcomes, deadlines, and funder follow-ups
Requirements:
Two or more years in grants or funding advisory
Experience managing many clients or projects simultaneously
Strong editing, review, and quality control skills
Understanding of Canadian government funding programs
Comfort using G Suite, CRM, and AI tools
Bring organized portfolio management, funding knowledge, and clear communication to Zero To One Strategic’s Canadian innovation clients.
