Last Mile Partner Development Manager
Develop delivery partners and strengthen last-mile capacity with Intelcom | Dragonfly through field engagement, KPI monitoring, and operational analysis. Support assigned markets closely.
This IDC Business Partner position connects delivery stations, frontline teams, IDC partners, Operations, and Procurement. You support partner selection, contracting, onboarding, development, and scalability while identifying performance or capability gaps. You also translate field observations into practical recommendations, coordinate action plans, and help partners adopt policies, tools, procedures, and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate on future delivery requirements and capacity planning
- Guide potential IDCs through selection and onboarding
- Confirm vehicles, drivers, and committed delivery capacity
- Translate field insights into regional operational recommendations
- Monitor action plans, performance reviews, and follow-up activities
- Strong report-writing and comprehensive analysis skills
- Ability to produce executive summaries and recommendations
- Experience with stakeholder communication and partner engagement
- Ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Ability to support change adoption and training
