Lead credit product strategy at affirm, turning complex financing capabilities into understandable consumer experiences for remote Canada.
This Staff Product Manager role focuses on how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit. You will own experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, connecting platform capabilities with clear customer journeys. The work requires product leadership, technical depth, experimentation, and strong collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, credit, commercial, and legal partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Set cohesive direction for consumer credit experiences
- Help consumers explore financing options before checkout
- Clarify purchasing power and credit availability after repayment
- Translate platform capabilities into consistent consumer experiences
- Use funnel analysis and feedback to improve outcomes
- Seven or more years building and scaling products
- Experience taking products from discovery through launch
- Ability to connect strategy with practical platform decisions
- Experience aligning teams around measurable outcomes
- Credit, lending, personalization, or AI experience is a plus
