Responsibilities- Lead and oversee timber rehabilitation and construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations
- Monitor daily progress and address potential issues proactively
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.Eng designation required
- 4+ years of construction or project management experience
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in construction-related software and applications
