Key Responsibilities:
• Lead asphalt paving and preparation crews effectively

• Ensure asphalt meets project specifications

• Complete jobsite reports regularly
Requirements:
• 5+ years of asphalt paving or road construction experience
• Past role as a Superintendent or Foreman
• Understanding of paving machinery systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
