As an Estimator, you will be vital in pricing and quoting commercial roofing projects. Your experience in construction will guide you in maintaining excellent client relations while providing comprehensive pricing solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring project workflow and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend site meetings for new construction projects
• Provide all-encompassing pricing for roofing bids
• Assemble detailed budget quotations for clients
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and engineers
• Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in roofing estimation
• Knowledge of roofing systems, including TPO and PVC
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Clean driver’s license and the ability to manage fast-paced work
