L’Association de la construction du Québec recherche un formateur ou une formatrice indépendant.e. Vous diffuserez le programme Surintendant:
Comprendre son rôle pour bien gérer son chantier. Votre expérience en gestion et supervision de chantiers soutiendra la formation de professionnels de l’industrie. La collaboration s’effectue dans le cadre d’un contrat de diffusion avec l’ACQ.
- Diffuser le programme Surintendant aux participants
- Animer des formations en ligne, en mode synchrone
- Présenter les notions techniques clairement
- Former les professionnels de l’industrie de la construction
- Expertise reconnue en surintendance ou gestion de chantier
- Trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente en construction
- Expérience en formation, mentorat ou transfert de connaissances
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication
- Capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques
