Use reporting, writing, and multimedia production skills as a Journalist with CBC/Radio-Canada English Services in Moncton. Work full time on site.
This permanent Journalist position seeks an experienced Reporter for CBC/Radio-Canada’s various platforms. You will develop news ideas, conduct interviews, produce features, and adapt stories for websites, social media, radio, and television.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop ideas for reports, interviews, and in-depth features
- Produce accurate copy, video, audio, photos, and elements
- Adapt stories for websites, social media, radio, and television
- Follow CBC/Radio-Canada’s Journalistic Standards and Practices
- Use appropriate storytelling formats and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of news and current-events coverage
- Excellent writing and digital-format proficiency
- Knowledge of audio, video recording, and editing functions
- Knowledge of audience data and content management tools
Apply newsroom judgment, strong writing, and multimedia skills while reporting stories for CBC/Radio-Canada audiences.
