Job Description Luxury Reservation Sales Consultant

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their luxury travel journey from the very beginning. You’ll engage with guests through calls and inquiries in a genuine, unscripted way—listening attentively, responding with empathy, and personalizing each conversation to reflect your unique style. This role invites you to bring your individuality to work every day, creating interactions that are both memorable and meaningful

What You'll be Doing:
Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, heartfelt, and conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for our luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties like the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, The Plaza, and many more.Create Memorable Experiences: Listen actively and confidently guide your guests in selecting their ideal room and package, presenting premium options with ease and using your sales expertise to tailor thoughtful, personalized recommendations that turn moments into lifelong memories.Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist), you’ll bring warmth and creativity to every conversation, personalizing your offers to provide your guests with unique and authentic experiences, all while infusing our hospitality with creativity and passion.Support Our Commitments: Champion our standards of sustainability and ethical hospitality by embodying our values in every interaction. What You Need to Be Successful:
Professional-level fluency in English requiredProfessional-level fluency in French is an assetExcellent communication skills to engage guestswith the elegance and professionalism expected of a luxury experienceThe confidence to make sound decisions and take initiative, while contributing to team successExperience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre, combined with a passion for helping others.Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while offering personalized, efficient service for your guests.Availability, Location, and Internet:
