This position requires helping members with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions while confirming their financial goals. You will play a crucial role in a branch environment that values accuracy and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar financial role is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Identify and record member needs for product offerings
• Report any incidents of fraud to the relevant department
• Assist members with ATM functions and services
• Train and mentor junior Member Service Specialists
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED is essential
• At least 2 years in banking or a related customer service role
• Previous experience in a similar specialist role preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
