This part-time role requires reliable candidates who are proactive and customer service oriented. You will manage various cargo tasks, including shipment tracing, processing customer complaints, and using necessary systems for managing shipping logistics. It’s crucial for ensuring the safe and timely operation of aircraft departures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and shipment tracking tasks
• Address complaints regarding lost or damaged shipments
• Perform data entry using cargo management systems
• Determine and communicate cargo rates effectively
• Manage communications with customers via phone and email
Requirements:
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft preferred
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Organized and effective time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
