In this role, you will receive inbound calls from customers across Canada and address their inquiries about product warranties. You must efficiently manage multiple software applications and ensure timely follow-ups on commitments. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork in a collaborative environment is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding warranties
• Book service calls on various home appliances
• Complete transactions in real time using software
• Follow up on commitments and escalate issues
• Provide exceptional customer service in French and English
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years in customer service
• Strong keyboard skills (30+ WPM required)
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
