As a member of the Moncton Customer Service Centre, you will efficiently address customer inquiries and manage transactions in real time. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Your technical skills and commitment to excellence will support both customer interaction and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound customer inquiries in French and English
• Handle warranty questions and service call bookings
• Use multiple software applications for real-time transactions
• Follow up on commitments and escalate unresolved issues
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum two years in customer service roles
• Proficiency in computer applications and keyboard skills
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
