We are seeking a Parts Specialist in Moncton to provide superior customer service and support our team with parts ordering and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process parts orders for customers
• Maintain a high level of service at the Parts counter
• Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts
• Answer customer phone calls with urgency
• Manage vendor ordering and return processes
Requirements:
• Experience as a Parts Specialist or in customer service
• Heavy equipment industry knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant educational background or work experience
