Job Summary

Customer Experience Associate – a frontline role at TD Canada Trust where you will perform a broad range of customer service transactions and provide information and advice on TD products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures, and appropriately elevate non‑standard activities.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Advisely connect with customers, explaining banking options and processes clearly.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Assist teammates by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping the team informed about routine activity status.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to advance operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Proactive initiative, accuracy and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse audiences in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
