This full-time position focuses on facilitating truck repairs through effective customer interaction and service management. As the initial contact, you'll collect necessary information, manage appointments, and document repairs while supporting the foreman. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assess their service needs
• Handle phone and email bookings efficiently
• Prepare repair orders and note customer issues
• Provide status updates during repairs
• Inform customers about warranty-covered repairs
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or GED
• Post-secondary education advantageous
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Computer skills in Outlook and Excel essential
• Customer service or sales experience valued
