The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards and expectations to deliver Fit4
Less’ friendly, clean, and automated brand.
- Cleans and tidies to the cleanliness standards and expectations as outlined in cleaning and inspection guidelines.
- Provides friendly customer interaction when cleanliness tasks are being completed on the workout floor.
- Contributes to the everybody cleans mindset.
- Completes and reads daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks, communications and training to achieve standard expectations.
- Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guideline expectations to engage appropriate actions, individuals and resolutions.
- Welcomes everybody warmly in the club with greetings.
- Helps and educates members and guests with memberships, amenities, automation and processes.
- Promotes black card amenities and memberships.
- Contributes to a courteous and friendly workplace environment to meet Fit4
Less’ brand and required expectations. - Completes tasks and responsibilities by the set timelines.
- Informs and works with the manager for progress relating to customer service and escalation support.
- Addresses, informs and reports incidents of concern using the standard process expectations.
- High school diploma, or working toward completion.
- One year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
- Verbal communication skills.
- Written communication skills.
- WHMIS certification.
- First Aid, CPR‑A & AED certification.
- Puts a lot of effort into activities.
- Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
- Values time and uses it effectively and efficiently.
- Opportunities for advancement.

The selected candidate will be paid minimum wage. The expected annual total compensation is $8,500, determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year.
