This role closely collaborates with North American and International Sales Managers to ensure seamless order processing and shipping management. The Customer Success Coordinator will engage in various tasks, including order entry, confirmations, and liaising with production teams. Your critical support role will also involve communication with customers during inquiries and managing documentation for product returns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage sales orders efficiently
• Send order confirmations and liaise with production
• Supply order-related documents to customers
• Complete RMA documentation for returns
• Verify shipment schedules and communicate delays
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 or related education
• Experience in related fields preferred
• Knowledge of SYSPRO is an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in an office environment
