This full-time position is perfect for detail-oriented, client-focused individuals eager to support the sale and retention of group insurance plans. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and operational teams to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients. As part of our Group Service team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high service standards and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for clients and advisors
• Triage, prioritize, and track requests using Salesforce
• Provide proactive service and support for client retention
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient resolutions
• Manage onboarding and renewals for group insurance plans
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Previous client service in insurance or related fields
• Strong commitment to building client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Deliver exceptional client service and support for Medavie Blue Cross’s group insurance initiatives.
