In this role, you will manage incoming calls for warranty inquiries and service requests. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (French & English) with at least two years of customer service experience. Your ability to navigate multiple software applications and respond promptly to customer needs will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls effectively
• Provide warranty and service information accurately
• Follow up on commitments and escalate issues
• Utilize multiple software applications simultaneously
• Maintain high standards in customer service delivery
Requirements:
• Fluency in both French and English
• Two years of customer service experience
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong computer literacy with typing speed of 30 WPM
• Availability for flexible work hours
Deliver exceptional bilingual support at Mabe and contribute to customer satisfaction in Moncton.
