At Mabe, the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will take inbound calls to assist customers across Canada. This essential role requires fluency in both languages, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in multiple software applications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate dependability, motivation, and a commitment to resolving customer issues effectively and promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls for warranty inquiries
• Book service calls on appliances promptly
• Manage multiple software applications effectively
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Follow-up on commitments in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years in customer service
• Strong keyboard skills (30+ WPM)
• Dependable and committed to customer service
