We are currently seeking a Bilingual Reservations Agent to join our teamin Moncton, NB.
Job Duties:
Quote fares and book flights for customers;Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding;Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures;Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs;Qualifications:
Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is requiredBilingual (French and English)1+ years of customer service experience is required1+ years of technical support experience is preferredExperience in Travel and Tourism is preferredWhat we offer
