Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 40-60 inbound calls during each shift

• Address everyday banking inquiries and assist with account setups

• Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Educate clients on digital banking tools and apps

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, tested prior to hiring

• Minimum 6 months in phone-based customer service

• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends

• Hybrid work model with 1 day in office weekly

• Proven rapport-building skills, preferably in finance
