Member Services Representative

Elevate the member experience at Planet Fitness in Moncton, NB as a Member Services Representative. Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with members and guests daily.

In this role, you will ensure a welcoming environment for all members and prospective members at our Moncton club. Your responsibilities will include answering phone inquiries, guiding tours, processing memberships, and addressing member concerns. An upbeat attitude for fitness and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly manner

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries

• Check in members and facilitate new member sign-ups

• Maintain club cleanliness and address special projects

• Complete assigned tasks promptly to support club operations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School diploma or GED required

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills needed

• Punctuality and reliability are essential
