As a Customer Service Government Representative
, you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Directing them to another service, if needed.
Qualifications:
Be available to work 7 days a week between 20 and 40 hours a week, any time between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (ADT). You must be able to work from our for all shifts;
