Lead B2B SaaS customer success at Canals through onboarding, training, adoption, renewals, and technical problem-solving across a remote-first team.
As Customer Success Manager, you will own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts. You will help wholesale distributors scale with Canals automation and AI. The work combines relationship management, strategic enablement, usage analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Own customer relationships, adoption, retention, and renewals
- Lead onboarding and training sessions across customer teams
- Monitor usage metrics and identify adoption gaps
- Facilitate business reviews demonstrating ROI and future goals
- Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues
- Typically five to eight years in B2B SaaS Customer Success
- Experience driving adoption, utilization, and end-user training
- Proven ownership of renewals and retention
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
