This Customer Service Representative role supports a call center serving diverse businesses and professionals. You will become a trusted voice for each client by adapting your communication to their requirements. Daily work includes inbound calls, messages, appointments, transfers, and service-quality collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls with professional, polished communication
Understand unique client requirements and adapt approaches
Book appointments through user-friendly scheduling tools
Deliver caller messages promptly and accurately
Collaborate to continuously improve service quality
Requirements:
Customer service, call center, or phone-support experience
Two to three years of proven similar experience
Strong command of written and spoken English
Ability to learn quickly and use AI tools
Availability for Eastern Time shifts, Monday to Friday
Use your call center experience, communication skills, and scheduling accuracy to represent Veta Virtual’s business clients professionally.
