Deliver exceptional customer service as a Membership Concierge I at Life Time, welcoming members and guests as their first point of contact.
This customer-facing position builds value-based relationships that support member loyalty and healthy way of life goals. You will educate visitors about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. The work requires service or reception experience, verbal communication, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome members and guests as the first point of contact
- Receive and facilitate incoming member and guest phone calls
- Explain club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Build relationships through a hospitality-focused approach
- Assist with transactions and general account changes
- Minimum six months of service or reception experience
- Commitment to serving others
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Good verbal communication and multitasking ability
- Availability for at least fifteen hours weekly
