As a Service Category Tagging Assistant, you will help make online case queues easier to search and report. The work involves distinguishing primary and secondary concerns, recognizing changed topics, and using approved mappings for retired category names. You will not judge service quality or create categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Read customer messages beyond their subject lines
- Identify the assigned tagging project's covered topic
- Use approved primary and secondary categories
- Leave notes when possible categories remain uncertain
- Preserve case ownership and closing status
- Ability to read customer cases carefully
- Ability to make concise review notes
- Comfort following current category definitions
- Willingness to leave ambiguous cases for review
- No special taxonomy background is required
