Technical customer support defines this remote Customer Success Advisor role at Event Temple, serving Canada-based professionals in PST or MT timezones.
As a Customer Success Advisor, you will respond to inquiries, diagnose issues, and guide hotel software customers toward confident decisions. You will apply SaaS experience, exceptional communication, technical problem-solving, and hotel industry knowledge. Event Temple develops Hotel Sales and Catering software for hotels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries through chat, email, and phone
Diagnose issues and recommend technical or business solutions
Catalog bugs with complete reproduction steps for engineering
Document customer stories and submit feature requests
Monitor AI agent answers and maintain response accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum two years of SaaS or similar experience
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Exceptional communication skills with customers and coworkers
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Regular nine-to-five availability in PST or MT
