As a Customer Service Complaint Intake Representative, you will ensure each reported concern reaches the appropriate reviewer. Responsibilities include recording the issue, date, requested follow-up, and relevant customer context. You will use approved systems, secure fields, and employer escalation guidance without deciding outcomes or offering compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect follow-up messages with existing cases
Update the case owner when new messages arrive
Flag urgent or sensitive concerns through established processes
Attach submitted photos or documents in approved systems
Raise cases without visible owners to a lead
Requirements:
Ability to preserve important customer details accurately
Respect for privacy and designated secure fields
Ability to avoid unauthorized remedies or promises
Careful handling of channel preferences and case numbers
Relevant customer concerns experience is welcome
Use organized case coordination, privacy awareness, and respectful customer service to support reliable complaint handoffs.
